All features of the Point of sale module

Creation

List of physical points of sale

List all the stores you need to manage and set them up individually with their own logo, address, delivery preferences, invoicing, and more. Use them to accurately track your sales and identify where the core of your business is.

Digital cash registers

Digital cash registers allow you to track your in-store sales volume virtually. Plus, you can sort them by linking them to a physical store, and further edit their parameters to adapt them to the employees who are going to use them.

Automated virtual invoices

No need to waste time and make your customers wait anymore – Bloobiz takes care of automatically generating all the invoices from your in-store sales. Your employees are then free to choose if they prefer printing or directly e-mailing them to customers.

Item returns

You can also return in-store items just as you would return them by postal mail. Use the serial numbers of your products to easily find them in the database and identify the new stock location where they will be stored, as well as its status and the reason for return among other things. Last but not least, you can also generate credit notes on the fly when necessary.

management

In-store sales

Sell items from your physical points of sale and register purchases from the items stored in your merchant area. Cash them in with the payment method of your choice and hand them over to your customers when needed.

Invoice cashing

You can offer your customers the opportunity to sort out their unpaid invoices directly in store – whether with or without additional purchases, all you need to do is count the total and register customer payments. This way, already existing invoices will be marked as "paid", while for the rest, new invoices will be edited.

Daily and on-balance operations

Get a detailed overview of all transactions from each individual cash registers over a specific period of time, with the weekly basis being the default view. You can use this page to determine the balance of a specific cash register and perform operations on its balance, such as adding to the cash float for instance.

Manual or automatic payment validation

You can also set up the payment validation method for each individual cash register depending on its usage and users, whether manual (where each payment must be validated individually) or automatic (where all payments are validated without any intervention).

Cash account association

Creating cash accounts allows you to associate them with cash registers and identify the account number concerned by the transactions. Such accounts will make your accounting management easier over time.
